Supported Learning KAM Course
The 16-week “Key Account Mentor” programme uses teleconferencing and webinar technology to provide your team with the core knowledge for professional KAM in bite-sized chunks that can be implemented between sessions alongside their normal work – so there’s no need to distract from their day-to-day activities.
Each team member has the opportunity to bring up their specific issues during the group follow-up discussions, and in an individual session one-to-one with the tutor.
